Review: Das Vampir 3, by Tom Reinhart

We all have a those go-to authors, the ones you buy without even needing to read the blurb. If they wrote it, you know it’s going to be good. Tom Reinhart is at the top of my list of go-to indie authors. With Das Vampir 3, he offers another entry into the horror genre that proves vampires are best served gruesome and scary. Don’t let the number of pages fool you. Das Vampir 3 (as with the first two) comes with no shortage of chills that will keep you turning the pages. The writing, as usual, is tight and no-holds-barred. I love that Reinhart chose a prison for the setting. It adds another layer of fear onto the characters and the readers. When you’re locked in a cell, there really is nowhere to run. I would recommend this, and all of Reinhart’s work to anyone who enjoys dark, captivating stories and brutally honest writing that lingers in your mind long after the last page. Next book please!
